Using DLE Club
DLE Club is operated by Isaac Audet. These terms cover dleclub.com and the DLE Club Discord Activity. By using them, you agree to these terms. Games and services linked from the club may have their own terms.
You can play without signing in on the website. Signing in links your club scores to your account. Playing inside Discord also requires a Discord account and is subject to Discord’s own terms and age requirements.
Fair play and shared content
Play fairly. Do not submit fabricated results, exploit bugs to manipulate scores, spam the service, impersonate other people, or use names or shared content to harass others. Do not try to access another player’s account or disrupt the service.
Names, scores and results you choose to submit or share can appear on club leaderboards, friends boards and Discord progress messages. Please do not include private information in your display name or shared content. You allow DLE Club to display that content for these features.
We may remove abusive content, correct invalid scores, or restrict access where needed to protect players and fair play.
Scores and availability
Games, scoring rules and features can change. We aim to keep your scores available, but bugs, browser storage changes and service interruptions can affect them. A score, streak or leaderboard position does not guarantee a prize or payment.
You retain ownership of content you submit. DLE Club’s games, artwork and software remain the property of their respective owners; using the service does not transfer ownership of them to you.
Privacy
Our Privacy Policy explains what the club keeps, how sign-in works, and what is shared with Discord and analytics services.
Changes and contact
We may update these terms when the service changes. The date above identifies the current version. Changes apply from publication; if you do not agree, you can stop using the service.

Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under applicable consumer or privacy laws.
